After a week of rest since PBIM which gave me confidence that my gym treadmill training works. Taking the guide from stupe on high intensity interval training (HIIT). Try it out today with some modification.
1km at 8kmh Warmup
0.8km at 10kmh
0.8km at 8.5kmh
0.4km at 11kmh
0.4km at 9kmh
0.2km at 12kmh
0.2km at 10kmh
0.1km at 13kmh
0.1km at 11kmh
1km at 8kmh cool down
Did some upper body weight training. Then repeat same routine on treadmill. Followed by stretching.
Felt good after the interval training. Total distance covered was 8km.
