This is my planned pace for PBIM


Did some magic on the excel spreadsheet (I still hate Micrisoft).

Here is the plan.

First quarter: 7m30s pace
Second quarter : 7m40s pace
Third quarter : 7m50s pace
Last quarter : 8m pace

Check point for every 5km

5km : 37m
10km : 1h15m
15km : 1h53m
20km : 2h31m
25km : 3h10m
30km : 3h50m
35km : 4h30m
40km : 5h10m
FM : <5h30m

Guess not :)

seems like a good plan :) just try your best and cross the finishing line .. our kedai runcit will be somewhere around 32-35km mark !! see u in penang bro !!

Thanks June. Of cos I have backup plan for 5h45m and 6h pace.

anyway, finishing is the objective.

Khoo.. u still have a little bit more time to add a little bit of speedwork. It may help u get sub 5:30 target.

You dont need excel, when you can just print the splits out using this:

5:15 - 5:20 is chicken feet lah.. in your progress record.. provided Ai Ling won't spend too much time massaging for u at the FMV stop..
