6am alarm. Quick check on email before packing for gym,
After absent for 3 weeks (traveling and quarantine), finally drag myself to the class. Had a glass of energy drink at home before drove to the gym.
Jackson is the usual instructor, the usual group of members turn up, some new faces. And one weird guy and few good looking girls....
Squat is my best/worst set, I hated it while doing it, but I like the effect of toning the thigh. And I know it will help in my cycling, especially climbing the hill at FRIM.
I still need to work on my lunges and abdominal set. Shoulder set was agonizing, the bicep set was painfully.
Overall, good pain.
