(after the ride, in front of the PM office at Putrajaya)
Post quarantine ride, same route, but made a u-turn around Alamanda and ride back to PICC, via Precinct 1 to the car.
But this time, I did it solo. all the riding buddy can't make it. But I need the ride, been too long, actually 1 week only ;)
Anyway, here is the data.
Time start : 7.07am
Time end : 8.47am
Total time : 100 minutes
Total ride time : 95 minutes.
Distance : 40KM
Felt tougher today, maybe because of yesterday morning RPM class. Margie was pushing the class like crazy. Good fun.
A bit hazy though, not suitable to do much outdoor activities.
