Exercise plan for the next 3 days

Still recovering for BodyPump yesterday. I am so unfit. just after 3 weeks without the class and I go jelly.

Anyway, tomorrow, friday, my usual RPM class at 7am. Margie will be there to push me again. Good training. I am sure i am going to vomit in the class one of these day.

Saturday, planned to go up FRIM with Ee. Returning to our old playground since his crash (fracture collar bone). We will take it easy, but it will be great to go off road biking again. Been on the road bike for 4 months, my good old GT mountain bike need to see the sun light.

Sunday morning, will like to go the 40KM loop again. Target, 85 minutes.
